Lesson Plans for the Week of 10/12-12/16

We’ll be learning about Malala Yousafzai, a young Pakistan activist who believes that everyone (including girls) should have a right to education. She stood up for her beliefs and was sadly the victim of an attempted assassination by the Taliban. We’ll be learning about this amazing girl who unbelievably survived and lived to inspire others. She’s the youngest recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize today. All classes will be learning about Malala this week. We have a lot to learn from her!
